Actualy this one is incorrect made.
When Northern Rhodesia became the republic of Zambia at independance in Okt 1964 they also made some changes to the badge.
The police became ZP Zambia Police
The new Beret Badges and badge on (blue) Banners did not carry the name Northern Rhodesia but Zambia Police.
The Eagle above the victoria falls is not holding a fish anymore and the the (English) crown was removed.

This Banner is made between 1964 and 1965 still carry the crown!
